General Terms and Conditions - “Every 12th Order Money Back” Promotion

1. Promotion Period
   The promotion is valid for all orders placed on October 4, 2024. Orders placed outside this date are not eligible for this promotion.
2. Refund
   Only one item per winning order will be refunded. This always involves the cheapest item in the order. Any other items in the same order are not eligible for refund.
3. Announcement of Winners
   The winners of the promotion will be announced on October 7, 2024. They will receive a confirmation via the e-mail address known to us.
4. Refund
   The amount of the cheapest item will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after the winners are announced.
5. Display in Personal Account
   The refunded item will be displayed in your personal account as returned. This is administrative only and does not further affect your order or your warranty on the item.
6. Exclusion of Participants.
   Orders that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion will be excluded from participation. The organization is free to exclude participants if there is abuse or fraud.
7. No Correspondence Possible
   No correspondence is possible about the results and awarding of the refund.
8. Other Conditions
   The promotion can be changed or terminated by the organization at any time without giving any reason. For any questions about this action, please contact our customer service.
