Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means the product must be unused, in resellable condition, and returned with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Returns
You can easily return your order using the official return label* included with your delivery. The cost of return shipping is €3.95. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.
* If the return label is missing, you can request a new one through our customer service. Returns without an official return label will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Return Instructions
- Check the condition of the product and make sure all tags are still attached.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
- Take the package to the drop-off point of the carrier indicated on the return label.
- Hand over the package at the drop-off point.
- Keep your proof of return shipment until the return process has been fully completed.
