    How can I order?

    Click on the desired model. Choose the color and size, then click the "add to cart" button. Once all items are placed in the cart, click on "proceed to checkout." Fill in all fields so we have your information to send the order.

    What are the shipping costs?

    Good news: we offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

    Where do I enter a discount code?

    After adding the item to the cart, click on 'view and edit cart.' Enter the code on the right side in the summary, under 'enter discount code.' Click on 'apply discount,' and the discount will be applied. Discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items.

    What is my size?

    We recommend ordering your regular size, unless stated otherwise in the product description. If a model runs larger or smaller than usual, we will try to mention this. If the item still doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days and order the correct size.

    How can I pay?

    You can pay using iDeal, Bancontact, creditcard (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    Changes or cancellation

    Can I still modify or cancel my order?

    We start processing your order immediately, so unfortunately, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible

    Shipping

    When is my order being shipped?

    If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a business day, we will ship it the same day. If you order after 3:00 PM or on the weekend, we will ship your order the next business day. You will usually receive your order the day after it is shipped! Occasionally, there may be delays with the carrier.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. If the delivery time doesn't work for you, you can (if possible) change the delivery time using the Track & Trace code.

    Return or exchange

    How can I return my order?

    The package includes a return label that you can use to return your order within 14 days. A return fee of €3.95 will be charged, which will be deducted from your refund. You may try on the shoes to check if they fit and meet your expectations, just as you would in a store. Please do this indoors and on a flat surface. Return the item in its original packaging and in unused condition.

    Can I exchange an item?

    Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other item to us.

    I received a wrong or defective Item, what now?

    We're sorry to hear that you received an incorrect or defective item. In this case, we will cover the return costs and you can send the item back to us free of charge using the enclosed label. Please contact us via the support form and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

    Are there any costs for returning Items?

    A return fee of €3.95 applies to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

    If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

    Defects

    My shoes have broken, what should I do?

    We're sorry to hear that! Please provide us with detailed information about the defect and how it occurred. Additionally, we would like to receive a close-up photo of the defect and a photo from a distance showing the entire shoes. This will help us determine if it falls within the warranty.
